GLUTE ACTIVATION with band
Glutes are the powerhouse for your legs! Ensuring that they are activated before use will allow the gluteal muscles to fire during movement and assist with switching on under active muscles! Activating your glutes allows you to strengthen them... in-turn, reducing the chance of injuries to your lower back, knees and hamstrings! You can activate them where applicable, before use (at the gym etc) and to assist with your injury treatment plans.
